life i design The Podcast is live!
Woooops!
I recorded a few podcast episodes, stuff happened, and I decided to push back the launch date of the podcast from September 14th to December 1st. I felt relieved that I had more time to figure out podcasting and getting a bunch of episodes recorded.
Then on the morning of September 14th, I woke up to a notification congratulating me that the podcast was live!
Wait! What?!!
I forgot to re-schedule the first episode and so on September 14th, it got released into the world. And I decided to just go with the flow - our family motto - and just embrace the fact that for some reason, this little podcast of mine needed to be out in the world.
I’m a consumer of podcasts and have listened to them on my walks, while emptying the dishwasher, while soaking in the tub and even painting. I enjoy them as much as I enjoy reading a book, or taking a course. In the back of my mind, I always thought about what I would share on my podcast.
I always knew it had to be encouraging, positive, talk about art and business, and I even wanted to interview people - I guess that goes back to the days when I worked as a producer on a local show and loved interviewing people. I enjoyed how they opened up to me and shared their stories with me.
I love hearing about people’s stories, where they came from, what they had the courage to start - even if they had no idea what they were doing. Kind of like me with this podcast. I have no idea how to do this podcasting thing, but I have grit and determination and want to share all that I can with you!
So every Monday, you can expect a new episode that will talk about art, creativity, courage, life and even have some guests sharing their specialty and craft!
